Scipture Reflection: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." --Psalms 147:3 (NIV)

Prompt:

Take a quiet moment with God and gently ask yourself:

  • Where am I still carrying pain?

  • What have I been afraid to bring into the light for healing---whether emotional, spiritual, or physical?

Have I truly given God access to the broken places in me, or am I still trying to hold it all together on my own?

Write freely about a wound, memory, or weight you've been carrying. Be honest, even if the words are messy. Healing doesn't require perfection--it requires surrender.

Then reflect:

  • What would healing look like in this area of my life?

What small step can I take today to partner with God in my healing journey?

Closing Reflection:

Whisper a simple prayer or write one down--something like: "God, I give You permission to heal the parts of me I've been hiding. I trust You to make something whole out of what feels broken."
